Hi,

This appears to be a fully loaded, as far as I can tell, turbo/tech 2010 RDX on a lot with a $20,000 sticker price. I plan to look at it tomorrow, since I drove a 2011 with I'm pretty sure the same specs yesterday and liked it, but it was stickered at 23,000+.

My husband says offer $18,000 for the 2010. Is that a good starting place assuming it's in reasonable condition?

Is there anything I should know about this car/generation that I should ask about specifically ... i.e., any specific problems that many encountered with it I should check into?

No differences between the model years so the difference in price may be due the mileage or maybe the 2010 had an accident.....I would ask the dealer why they consider the 2011 to be $3k more.

2010 sticker price seems a smidge low i still see them going for around 21 22k here.. i would want to know the car facts also as mentioned above could be super high mileage.. make sure the paint is in good condition.. nothing looks too weathered.. its ok to be alittle picky =) no real difference in 2010 vs 2011 nothing that really matters atleast

 

Forgot to say to check the Sticky RDX Owners Sign-In Thread - some folks post how much they paid for their RDX.

 

Could it be a fwd model for the lower sticker price? It would not hurt to do the Carfax thing. I would be worried if the RDX had +3 owners since new or the RDX has some mods on it (100% stock might be better in the long run). Other than mileage is the only other thing that could change the price.
