Brake boost anyone?

Anyone try brake boosting in their RDX yet? Lauching with boost is awesome. Just make sure you have VSA switched off

Had a run in at a stop light with a late model durango and 4 runner. They're no match

Us old timers used to call it a brake torque. Havent done anything like that yet, since it only has 100 miles on it, plus the wife wont let me drive it.

My car is broken in, but no I would not try it. If I read that people have gotten 0-60 in 6.5 seconds then I believe it, but i'm not gonna try it out for myself. hahaha.

I also own a Murano currently, and the RDX is much faster. THe Murano is really sporty, however the RDX far eclipses it and handles much better.
What rpms can you rev to while brake torquing for a launch?

Your probally right but I was taunted by the driver lol. I thought those Durango RT's are suppose to have some decent power, guess not.

Holds it steady at about 2500 rpm.

At launch with the brake launching technique, is it safe to assume that the RDX will put equal power to all four wheels?

no probably not. with its FWD bias, I think its probably safe to assume that you would be 90% front 10% rear at launch. It should quickly shift as much as it can to the rear on heavy acceleration though. I think there is some question whether that percentage is 50% or 70% as Acura has stated both in different places for the RDX.

I've seen more torque getting sent to the rear wheels under hard acceleration... I could be seeing things.
