Hey guys
Just got a 2009 turbo sh like 3 weeks ago
Cars been great so far

Today while the wife and I were driving we kept hearing the doors constantly click and unlock
Mainly happens when at a stop or coming to a stop and it even happens when the car is off and I am near it with the key (no I am not pressing the buttons by accident)

I'm afraid it will just unlock randomly and some dude just can get in the car

Someone mentioned a actuator?

Until you find the root cause, maybe you can go into the MID settings and disable any auto lock and auto unlocking.

Possible fob/fob-button issue? If you got more than one, take the batteries out of the one you're currently using and carry the other as a check?

I got a chance to buy 2 more on amazon for 60 bucks, looks like programming is easy and wont need to hit up the stealership

The chrome on the buttons have seen better days, you cant see which is lock or unlock lol

It’s a door lock acuator is dying the car keeps trying to lock the door and it’s not locking. When you start driving it auto locked the unlocked doors. It will stop when you get a new acuator or when it totally dies...

It unlocks the doors actually, but if that is the case, ill order a new one now.

If that’s the door that isn’t locking when you hit the lock button on the drivers door while the others are locking and unlocking with the others than yes

The doors lock and unlock, when i hit the button on the fob and on the door

The doors UNLOCK sporadically as I drive, mostly when I come to a stop or I am stopped.

It has to be one of the door acuators on its last leg. It happened to me. Maybe wait until the one causing the problem dies. Otherwise you’ll have to take off the door panel to change it now.

This is the information from acura, you can take a chance but it says it was taken out of a vehicle with about 70,000 miles on it.
