Got the new '08, my most noticable difference: SUSPENSION

its softer, i miss the 07 tightness, especially in turns. Some people considered it harsh, i just considered it sports. There is not that HUGE of a difference, but its there, and definately different. The upside, my city drives so far are a bit smoother and less busy, and that gives the truck a little more luxo-feel vs the teeth jarring ruts i used to be acustomed to.

Polished metal, running boards, mud guards, rear diffuser, front spoiler, cargo tray & all season mats. the running boards with this color makes the whole car POP. i really dig it, looks over function, but its cool with me. (you really dont need the running boards with this vehicle, its just not high enough...but im sure it will assist those that need it)

I hear ya!

I put some 20" wheels on with 255/40 R20 tires and it made the handling a LOT better. The ride got just a little "stiffer" and a lot what I remember the 2007 ride to be like.

Question: I noticed you have 255/40 R20 would you happen to have some pics that you can post also can you please give some info as far as size rims 20x8 or 20x8.5 or 20x9? I'm just wondering as I thought the RDX can only go as far as 20x8.5 with 245/40 R20. Pls. advise

yeah I will take/post some pics in the next few days.

They are 20x8.5 ... 45mm offset like stock. No fitting issues at all.

^ too much wheel gap :P But looks good. The do remind me of the rims that come stock with the RX 350.

Yeah, those wheels look a little too delicate in the side view compared to the bulk of the car. The spokes are a bit too skinny and the wheels appear to be too small for the car. The stock wheels fill the space better and are better proportioned than these. Never understood why people are so hot to spend so much money on wheels. It's not like the stock RDX wheels are steel wheels with wire-spoke hubcaps.

I think those "Type S" badges need to go - IMHO.

My only realy complaint about the 08 so far is understeer. Under power, it's fine with the SH-AWD helping, but it's bad under braking.

I always expect some slight understeer, but right now, it's a bit too much. It only really happens at 8/10+ and I don't drive that hard most of the time.

Please ditch the Type-S emblem. It's crap like this that makes me want to leave the ranks of Honda/Acura ownership behind.

Sorry, just my $0.02. I quite like the wheels and the color though.
