All,

Maybe I am missing something here ... or just too afraid to pull to hard ... but I can not seem to get my cluster removal process correct. I have read other post and reviewed the service manual ... still have a issue.

1) I can remove the lower panel
2) I can not remove the knee panel, even though I removed the two screws ... the top is under or connected to thing around gauge cluster
3) I removed the two screws holding the thing around the gauge cluster (dimmer switch, traction control) ... and it appears I am support to pull the bottom ... but it will not come loose

Are the detailed instructions out there?
