Suspension help

So i've decided to finally make the purchase on some function form type 1's for my 97 2.2 CL from my local shop new for about $530. Before i pull the trigger i wanted your guys' help on answering some of the questions i have.

so

1) should i install them right out of the box?
2) Would the coilovers wear out my tires really fast? does flipping the tires every 7k miles really help in this situation?
3) I'm on some 17x7 wheels. would i need to roll my fenders?
4) I'm trying to go for the aggressive wheel fitment look. or as the cool kids say it "hellaflush". is there anyway to do this and still daily drive my car?
5) Im 18 with a part time job still attending high school. are coilovers a wise choice factoring in what my goals are for this car and my situation?

thanks in advance guys

1. DOOO EEETTT!!
2. pending on how tires are cambered depends on the wheel wear. u would normally see a lil bit more wear on the insides if anything. and yes, a normal wheel rotation routine is wise.
3. u shouldnt have to at 17's. pends on how low ur tryna go.
4. i drive mines a few times a week, mebbe more if i have to. i dont see why u couldnt. more driving means having to think about more than just ur tires.
5. id say yes. better get it in while ur bills are limited! lol, cuz next thing u know u got ur own pad and a kid and woman and all this debt to pay off. good times ahead of ye!
all this is imo.

I'm not sure how those particular coils come out of the box;they probably set them to a substantial drop. But you always want to make sure they're even; at least the ones on front and back.
Lowering a car will alter your alignment; once you install; and are happy with the height: go get an alignment.Don't align then adjust; as altering the geometry of your suspension will render the money you spent worthless.

If you are going to DUMP it; you probably won't have to. But then again; the question is; what size tires are you runnin? same as the stock 205-55-16? See my avatar? those are 17s on 215-35-17. Tire size is important.
Aggressive wheel fitment eh? Well what does that mean to YOU? "hellaflush" or "stanced" isn't a term used for just dropped cars. Exshinobi; you are not hella flush..
Hella flush would not be practical for daily driving; you could' but then you start getting into wheel offsets, rolling, pulling fenders etc.
Do a little search around here; and trust me you'll find a one of a kind thread.

As for them being a "wise choice": well that's up to you to decide. Do you have money to spare? are you trying to save up for college or something more important? there's things you have to factor in that we can't help you with. You can think straight at 18 man..
Now if you're asking if coils are a better decision than springs...yes..yes and more yes.

Also;unless you're doing this:

DO NOT MENTION HELLAFLUSH..

I'm running 215/45/17. I'm just aiming for my car to look something close to fliplyricists but also be able to use as my daily driver. im looking for a nice stance like fliplyricists, vtakyo and remie ginos CLs. my main concern is tire wear and if slamming my car will bring about its own problems. i want a nice stance with as little problems as possible (excluding normal maintenance). is that even possible lol? im planning on attending sacramento satate while living at home so i dont really have to save money lol. would coilovers be a hassle?

then you need coilovers.
also; to acheive a stance even remotely close to his ^ you need to roll fenders and do a LOT of reading on wheels and offsets. good luck
