.::Post Your Favorite Wheels & Discussion Thread::.
the purpose of this thread is to post and discuss some of the 1st gen members favorite wheels. hopefully this thread could inspire and educate members of the expensive but tasteful wheels out there for us.
my Top 3 as of now:
Sprint Hart CP-R's (Real version of the Rota Track-R's)
Enkei RPF-1's. the only mass produced Enkei wheel i like. my favorite Enkei wheels are the rare and discontinued models. but i think RPF's would look sick on a CL.
Desmond Regamaster EVO Final Version's. Their made in Russia and by far my favorite wheel ever. These wheels are the real version of the ever popular Rota Slipstream wheel. (the white version. The Regamaster EVO wheels and the Spoon SW388 (Real version of the Black Slipstream) are the same exact wheel. Spoon never actually made the SW388. Desmond made them for Spoon.
These are the Non "Final Version" EVO wheels
lets try and keep this reasonable. no cheap stuff.

Rota's are fine because there cheap and still lightweight like the wheels there knocking off. i just dont think i can see myself supporting knock-off brands anymore.
i really can see myself getting the Enkei RPF-1's or a set of 4x114 Type-R's again.
Mugen wheels FTW. i wish i could afford them though.

This is impossible to limit to about 20 wheels, haha...guess I'll just grab a few.
Advan RGI's
Work Emotion XD-9's-cast and kind of heavy, but dear god are they sexy.
RC Starks: heavy, again, but either the black with purple or polished is unnnbelievable.
Mugen MF-10's, nuff said.
I'm gonna have to stop, so I'll end with still my favorite, Spoon sw388's...same as the regamaster evos, basically...i just looove the matte black and how plain they are.

Just about everything from Mugen is sexy, other than some of the new stuff, which I'm a little on the fence about.

yeah i know, i just thought they were too sick to NOT post. I saw a set in bronze i think, on a e92. they looked pretty good, mainly cause they have big ass rotors and the brakes actually look pretty substantial compared to ours. I wouldnt put a very open wheel like those rays on our car unless you have an aftermarket brake kit worth showing off.

Dear god, yah I can see the ferio rear seat...for some reason, this huge rota fan craze is hitting again, only now it's not the price its like a...pride in knock off wheels...I'm not gonna make this a knock off vs. real thread, but dear god, if you have the money get the better product and support the company that actually designed/tested it.

Yeah, but $1000 for rims on a car I hardly drive and can't drive to work anymore just doesn't make any sense
