kyb's from Groupbuy.

What do you guys think. I have VX's GramLights, am I doing something dumb

by not getting the teins?

seriously though, the 17'' Rays Gramlights w/ H&Rs and KYBAGXs

also i have the brembo groupbuy rotors F&R with axxis pads....

I dont know, you guys think its not gonna be low enough?

is 18''s with the h&r and kyb agx setup lower or higher then 17s with the same app. ?

i would think the 18''s make the car sit higher, or is it the tires that makes the difference?

o Klepto-

you dont have a box in your trunk, I do , and its about 40-45 LBS,

also amps and a 5 farad cap.

this probably makes a difference.

BLAZINcl had a sportline drop as well on a 2.2, my friend baught the car

and it was sagging heavily in the rear, i also think he had it on stock shocks 2.

not a good look at all

tein ss is very very far from a stiff setup...if you're just dropping it for looks imo you should just stick with sportsprings and agx...save yourself some money and be done with it...or get a coilover sleeve with really low springrates..if you want to drop it for looks the expensive way then get the ss...but this is just my opinion..have fun

i have a 2.3 and i got my teins for 750 shipped.

thats the point of tein ss, they have adjustaable stiffness settings so you can have whatever want (stock settings/race settings etc.)

but true...ifi your just going for looks then roll with what your looking at...just dont fuck with me in the twisties

I would get the teins, being that you could adjust it if it's not low enough for you.
Also, I would change the tire sizes on those rims, looks like their is 4x4 tires on there. I would go 205/40/17. Also with those wheels, you really need to "slam" your car for it to look nice, because their is hardly any dish on the rim.

You're an idiot if you don't get the teins. Trust me, being a Tein owner of both my CL and GS, I love them. The damper setting is nice, the ride quality is excellent and you can slam the shit out of them.

Tein's are the way to go if you can afford it, if you are still sold on the KYB's I have a pair I just took off the car that I am looking to sell. Price is negotiable, PM me if you are interested.

whats a good place to get teins from,

besides ebay.

I want to make sure its all factory sealed and everything.

I dont think that the H&Rs + KYB AGX will give me enough freedom,

I'll be stuck at one height.

sorry cldriver.

Check your local dealers, the dealers around here offered the same price as ebay's shipped here.

there was barely 2" of tire around the rim. you would be crazy to go any thinner especially in the tristate area. you will definitley bend a rim or pop a tire and ride quality would be horrible.

u need at least 2" of drop to kill the wheel gap

i feel you,

even on regular roads, a nice thick tire is more performance-oriented, am i right?

So Teins SS it is!

I will be spending a pretty penny, I NEED to get the EDFC w/ the Tein SS just to make it

completely correct.

any one familiar withthe EDFC?

I wouldn't even bother with the Tein EDFC. I hardly ever touched my dampers.

Oh yeah, be ready to lose your strut bar.
