That should not rub.
38 offset is straight,
once you go to lower offsets like 35 or so,
you are starting to sail into unchartered waters.
Your boat will start making noises and the crew will get worried.
Stay around 38+ and above and you'll have smooth sail's for the rest of your voyage.

So far without the alignment, the fronts do not rub on medium bumps. Not sure about big bumps....the kind that slam the A arm into the fender well.
The rears rub on medium bumps, outer edge on the fender.
