just the passenger side?

Check the hose running to it, it either came off or it's somehow split/clogged.

yeah check the hose. mine looked like it was eaten though by some bug or something and was causing it to spill all over the engine bay.

Does the pump make noise?

yeah, check hose and clear the nozzles on the other one with a sewing pin or something. Also they are pretty easy to remove, you might be able to blow the nozzles clear.

I was having the same problem with my car and used a pin. After that the jets worked ok, but then i tried the same pin trick but put a little goof off on the pin and now they work perfect.

my passenger side was just sputtering. driver's side was normal. I tried a pin and all that did was make the washer shoot over the car on the driver's side (alignment forthcoming). So I used compressed air. The washer reservoir is in front of the right front tire - get on your back to get an angle. Disconnect the tube and put a bucket under there to catch the fluid. It may take a while to drain esp if you just filled it. then shoot some comp air in the end of the hose and that will clear the nozzles.

I used a pin to clean the nozzles. You can also align them with the pin.
