Window Noise Problem

My passenger side window sounds like it isnt closing fully. You have to jiggle the switch to get to the point where it doesnt sound like a wind tunnel in the car.

Has anyone else ever had this problem?

And what would need to be done to correct it?

A slight "pucker" in the outer most window rubber will drive you nutz. I use tape and mask off any puckers and test drive the car, if the noise is gone you know what is causing it. A roll of tape and a back road make the job easier.
