hello again

whats the name of this hose??i found its leaking right where it connect to that other bit.im gonna try to snip the end and reattach it till i can get another hose but i need to know the name..
out of curiosity when the engines hot can that lil hose drain the radiator completely?

It is a coolant hose coming from the fast idle thermo valve to the thermostat housing area.
I'm pretty sure Acura parts catalog calls it a "breather heater hose"

can a radiator be emptied out from that hose alone?

 

It can happen if the hose has been leaking for long. I'd check the fluid in the radiator to be certain.

 

just checked and it was empty or almost empty..it was full when i left earlier today..drove about 60miles roundtrip and luckily noticed the smell when i got home and checked again an hour or 2 later and saw the puddle..
than took a look and saw the hose was bad..just wondering of another hose could of drained so much fluid but im guessing its probably this lil fkr
