Tin can sound?

Tin can sound?

while im driving, I hear a tin can dragging sound, it usually comes and goes and it happens when i drive slowly..anybody know what the problem could be?

Heat shields on the exhaust manifold, exhaust pipe and catalytic converter are notorious for working loose due to corrosion and causing lot's of rattling.

are these lack of loosening? The sound seem to come from the front tires.
