Question A/T Transmission Shifting Problem

*1998 Acura CL 3.0*
I Recently changed my Tranny Fluid with a Honda ATF Z1
fluid couple days ago. I notice everytime my car is cold,
it will shift normally. but when im driving over 30 min the car doesnt seem to shift into 2nd,3rd or 4th gear anymore.
its stay on the 1st and i can only go up to 30mph. and i red
some of the forums about this case. and my guess it could be the shift solenoid. But I need more help and more information before i start to fixing the problem. Please Help...

My 01 CLS did something similar. It was teh TPS.

Does it "fix" it's self with a restart?

I'm no trany expert. But sounds to me that they didn't ajust the servo when they did trany fluid change. I have had some same problems in diff types of vehicles. When you change fluid you always clean the servo. See what happens is that new fluid comes into the TQ converter then rerouted through the trans then passes by the servo. If the fluid is too thin or (clean) the vaccum that is draws throught the trans isn't enough do to build up old sludge from old fluid. thus it will stick if new fluid is pumped through it and it was never cleaned it will stick than not stick? Fallow me? Image a straw if you stick it in milk shake and suck it's fine but us the same straw stright out of a milk shake and put it into a glass of water you suck harder and get less water?? so same thing when changing trans fluid you have to clean the servo before anything good happens same as a straw.
