First off
I have 1997 CL 3.0 with CAI and SS Headers.

I had them for about a year now.
At mid to mi-high throttle around 2000-3000 rpm ONLY..., I have this SHUTTERING noise.. Something feels like shaking.
Anything guys?

Don't know how many miles you have on the vehicle, but you might want to check your balance shaft belt which also if broken will make the engine sound louder.

It may be a cv axle shaft too.
