Some cruise control issues
So to start off the cruise control has not worked since I purchased the car
Alas. You're my only hope left I've asked so called "honda" experts yadda yadda.
My issue! : I've check fuses to both the cruise control and horn they're fine. The left hand horn button is not functional, but the right one is?..
Also I read somewhere a clock spring might be the culprit but I have no troubles from the turn signals the other horn button. No problems with an srs light OR switches under the dash I.e clutch and break (5speed)
Side note no power or light to the dash for cruise control or the switch. Have ran a multi meter to them no power to the cruise control switch.
Could it be some things just unplugged if so where? This car is in excellent shape I can just tell some things were just left undone.
I had some issues with the air conditioning and the clutch petal it's self when first buying the car.
Thanks!
Daniel

It might sound crazy but ive heard this from several other people and its working on my 97 3.0 when it does occasionally happen..i wiggle my steering wheel a little back and forth and then SET cruise again and it should come back on.
My cruise control worked then it worked gain upon a rare occasion but usually not. I haven't solved that problem, yet. Could be the plastic cable as mentioned in one of the above comments? above
FWIW: Just to clarify, the throttle cable in question, is steel. The wheel type piece, the throttle cable attaches to, is plastic. It's the plastic wheel, which breaks.
