Removing rear brake rotor....

Alright, working on my brakes now, going great until I hit the rotors....
there a screw that are on the surface of the rotor, i guess holding them in place.
Anyone know what to do to remove them, because they are pretty hard to remove ????

My understanding is they are not really necessary. If you drill the head away, you should be able to turn out w/ vise grips after removing the rotor. If not, I wouldn't worry.

good luck

I heard heating them up with a torch for 10 min each screw will loosen the screw and can be taken out easily.

follow slow scoobs advice use an impact driver and it should get them right out, if they still wont come out then heat it up with a torch for a minute or two not 10, and if its already too stripped to get a screwdriver on there then use an easy out or reverse drill bit and try getting it out that way.
