I have a 98 2.3CL and I have replaced the back left caliper 3 times in less than a year because it was leaking in the same spot. The last time I replaced the caliper I bought a different brand and now it doesn't seem to be leaking but last night I went to drive it and now it's completely ceased! The part supplier said that the calipers I installed before just had a faulty seals...3 times in a row not so sure! Now it's ceased! Anyone had this problem or have any ideas of what the problem might be?

 

maybe the brake line is bad?

 

Check the brake line and fitting, I'd say replace the line

Okay so took everything apart today and it ended up being the ebrake cable ceased...but still can't figure out why i keep blowing calipers...it's only the left rear, which is also the same side the ebrake cable ceased on and the ABS sensor doesn't work on. The brake lines are all good and it can't be the master because it would happen on both sides. It's blowing ever mechanics mind that i talk to...
