Power Window Switch still broken

Hey fella

So this is the deal. My power window switch went bad. Actually the driver side switch went bad.

I thought it was my regulator motor. But my mechanic said its the switch. So i went to the junkyard and bought it. I had the door panel removed and tested it without putting the whole door panel togther. So i said 'great' it works.

Well long story short i put in the new switch from the junkyard on and snapped the panel back on the door. BUT the switch is not working for that window.

FOr the passanger its fine but for the DRIVER side it won't work. It worked for a couple of hours then stopped.

Took the door panel off again. The door panel was hanging by the wires and when i switched it on it worked.

MY QUESTION is may it be an wire problem? Or should i just buy a switch from Acura and see it that works?

THANKS FOR TAKING TIME TO READ

PEACE TO THE MOST HIGH

sounds like your wiring could be loose one of the pins inside the connector on the LH window regulator, or a chaffed wire elsewhere.

saiko thats what i thought. But its working now.

Kinda weird huh.

Plus i would look into it but taking the door panel off is easy. Putting it back on is another story that i hate to tell.
