Passenger Side window/lock issue

I am having two separate issues with the passenger side..

1) the master power window switch on the drivers side will roll both windows down but has lost the function to roll the passenger side window up, i have to reach over and use the switch on the passenger side. what needs replaced?

2) the power lock mechanism on both doors only locks/unlocks the drivers side, as does the remote lock/unlock button; the passenger door can only be locked/unlocked manually. what needs replaced?

your help is greatly appreciated!

The master control passenger side switch is either damaged or more likely simply dirty. I've had to remove, disassemble and clean the switch to restore function. Be warned, the parts are tiny so work on a towel on a table to avoid losing any tiny springs, clips, etc. Clean w/ alcohol. Door panel must be removed to access master control panel switch assy. Check shop manual for procedure.

The passenger side door power lock actuator is likely defective and must be replaced. New or used unit is fix. Remove door panel cover, weather cover, and access power actuator. A shop manual is highly recommended to avoid damaging door panel or fasteners during removal.

good luck
