my car has many paint chips on the front of it. when i got the car in 2001 it already had a lot. i do a lot of driving to san francisco (cause theres where my life is) and i live in san jose so i spend a lot of time on the road. i guess thats how it got worse and worse.

my question is. how do you guys deal with paint chips? i mean do you guys do them yourselves or do you take your car to a shop to do it. if so. how much does it usually cost just for chip repair. i went to a detailing place that did chip repair but they said since i have so many (all the do is paint the chips wit the matching color) that it wouldnt look good if they did it their way.

i WAS thinking of just getting carbon fiber but im not a big fan of it and plus i dont think i want to spend 700 bucks on a new hood. bah. damn japanese paint. haha
