OBD II Tester

Hi,
Can anybody recommend what I should use

For a 2002 Acura CL Type S, What is a good OBD II tester to purchase and will this type of tester help me diagnose an electrical problem?

wrong forum. good obd scanners are snap ons..lots of $$. will not test electrical issues

OBD3 Tester

Thank You for the info. Is there an OBD2 that is reliable but not so costly as snap on?
