Please Help - Electrical Draw

Hi,

Please HElp!! I posted this same question about 4 days ago and I have not receive one reply!

I have a constant 11.84 draw on my battery when my car is just sitting and not running. All the fuses were pulled and measured with a fluke a meter to measure for a drop in volts when the (unknown culprit) ir fuse was found.

However after checking all three fuse boxes it consistently drew from the battery with the measurements from 11.82 - 12.25. Even the wire from the alternator was pulled with no drop in measurement. Does anybody know what I should do next?

what's drawing from the battery? a battery at a standstill with engien off should have voltage from 11.x to 12.x ?that's normal...

The mechanic stated that it shouldn't be anymore than .07 at most when not running not an 11.84 constant draw on the battery when just sitting.

Is he mistaken ?

I'm sorry; I have no idea what this "draw" is. How did he determine you have one? Is he a certified mechanic? If you're car has a draw of 11+volts...it would not start. -_-

It doesn't start. 95 % of the time I have to get it jump started. He measured it using a jumper wire and a fluke multimeter connected to the battery and negative cable. After he got the measurement for the contineous draw. he proceeded to pull every fuse looking for a drop in the reading to determine where the short was. He did this twice by himself once and with another tech the second time. They tested the altenator as well and was unable to determine where the draw was coming from.
