noise and ac

Its coming from under the dash on the passenger side and it sounds like a whining noise, goes away when i turn the ac off....comes back wheni turn it on and it dosnt do it all the time...

If it only happens when you turn off the AC, but the fan is still running, I would say check to see if it is coming from the AC compressor. Though this is under the hood and not under the dash.

i think he is talking about the motor under his glove box... there is a thread on the fix list am trying to help out the guy but i havent had any time to look under my hood yet x_X so busy...

Well when I turn the entire a/c system including the fan off..
