Need HELP with Trans on 2.3 CL

OK I KNOW THIS HAS BEEN DISCUSSED BEFORE
BUT I DONT HAVE MUCH TIME NOW TO LOOK AROUND FOR EXACT MATCH

I got a 1998 Acura CL 2.3L off a trade . not knowing anything about these cars or having no interested in them. just thought i would get it and trade it for another car. But once deal was made . I took it out for a better test drive and this is when i noticed the problem.

I notice that i turn the car on and place it on D4 and the car gives a violent jerk
place it on P and does the same . when i take off the car slips or or skates into drive. Once in a while it will do it in a higher gear. I notice that the car seems to make a loud noise inside the car as if its being forced . Funny thing is once the car is really warmed up or has been driven a while it doesnt do it .

I read countless of post stating that it was the solenoids but the D4 light doesnt blink . and i see on the engine that they have been tempered with .
I also noticed that they had recently changed the trans fluid as it is pink and is way overfilled. Im scared the transmission is completely shot. since i was 2000 dollars in the previous car. I wont be able to get half that for this car if the transmission is shot.

I didnt noticed it when i tested drove the car before most likely the asshole knew and had the car warm enough to the point that it wont jump as hard when put in drive of slip into gear. please help me with advice and or steps to find the actual problem here . i dont want to put any money in it since i wont be getting it back.
