Been Having Power Problems With 97 Acura 3.0cl The Yellow Wire That Gets Connected To Ur Radio Hasnt Had 12 Volts On It For A While Thats To Keep The Memory Up To Date On The Unit So I Decided To Tap Off Of The Clock Because The Clock Is Always Running Once I Took The Wre From The Clock It Stopped Working And Now The Clock Is Real Dimm And Tv Has Whistling Sound Had To Find Another 12v Source To Use Cause Couldnt Use Clock Could Somebody Please Help Me Or Give Me Advice On What To Do Cuz Im Really Starting To Get Frustrated. Thanks In Advance
Jumping off the clock's constant 12v (assuming this is the one you used) should work since that and the radio constant are on the same circuitry.
If you want to just be done and over with: Put the clock wiring back to stock. It's probably finding a ground prematurely. For your radio, just run a wire directly from the battery to your radio and put an in-line fuse for safety. Done, little room for error.

Part of the clock's circuitry is on the combination switch, which controls the parking lights, dash board, basically anything that turns on or dim when your turn your parking lights on. Did the parking lights always have this issue before you tapped into the clock's wiring?
Check the fuse. It's a 15A fuse located in the under-hood fuse box. If the fuse is not blown either the combination switch or dimmer relay is the problem. The combination switch is the switch you use to turn on your parking lights. The dimmer relay is located under the hood in the fuse box.
I just don't understand why the lights turn on when you unlock then re-lock the doors. Do they briefly come on or stay on until you turn off your lights?

Do you have the factory alarm? Does it work? You can test it by arming the car and opening the trunk with trunk release inside of the car next to the gas tank door release lever. The alarm should siren and the parking and tail lights should flash.
