well im definetly not a machanic by any means and this car has me stumpted now.

a couple days ago it would start, rev high and then die.
the dash lights would flicker and after a little research i found when the lights flicker you need an ignition switch. so i just finished replacing that and now it wont even turn over.
wont click over, no dash lights, car doesnt make any sound EXCEPT the "key is in the igniton" beeping.

any help would be huge cause i actually planned to trade it in for a truck pretty soon, im sure thats why she decided she wasnt gunna run anymore.

Does it make any sound like it's trying to fire up? To me it sounds like the starter, however since you have the immobilizer, you may need to get something reprogrammed

 

when i turn the key now all it does is beep like the keys in the ignition. you cant even tell im turning the key. no dead battery clicking or even enginge trying to crank
