Does the steering wheel shake? Do you feel vibration through the brake pedal? If so, most likely the rotors are warped.

if you feel it thru the pedal the back rotor(s) are most likely warped. if you'd felt it in the steering wheel its likely that the front(s) are warped

pedal vibration can indicate front OR back rotor warpage. Usually rear discs are not prone to being warped because of the 70-30 brake distribution in fwd cars. It is possible, but unlikely. To eliminate rear disc warping, try applying the handbrake slightly while driving, if u feel a vibration when applied, the rear rotors are warped.

^^ make sure you check that your ebrake releases before you do that while driving though. as most new england member know our rear caliper arm assembly and the spring that releases it tends to rust and seize the caliper. not letting it release.
