Location Engine Coolant Temp Sensor

I have a 99 3.0. P0116 error code Electronic Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor range/performance.

Can anyone please tell me where this sensor is located and how much it should cost?

It's on the thermostat housing. See following link.
