asking for my friend again. he has a ddm tuning HID kit for his headlights tahts been working for 2 months. hwoeve,r once he installed his universal fog kits, his headlights wont work. but when he switched to halogen, it wokred. the shop told him it was his ballbast so we took it to ddm in huntington beach and they tested the lights and they both work? so im guessing its a problem with the fogs, what does he need to get the lights runnign again? relay harness?

 

Relay harness would be my best guess, also check the grounds
