Has anyone had this problem

The best way i can describe it after driving for a while and i come to a stop it's like tapping on the gas while the break peddle is down.

It may be the Idle Air Control Valve instead. I truley hate it as I always have an issue with mine, and it is describe just the way you mentioned it. There are threads on how to clean it on our forums. Hopefully the pic still show. But it's an easy task.

Check your vacumn lines too. Its a long shot but worth a try. Do your rpms keep going up and down once you're stopped?? And any CELs?

Also check to make sure your throttle linkage is not getting sticky on the intake manifold. My accord's was starting to stick before it nuked the trans.
