Flashing D4 RPMS kick up and down.

When driving for about 40 minutes in Cali weather the car's d4 light goes off then on and then blinks. The RPM's jump up and down which speeds up the car slightly, this has almost made me crashed once while switching lanes.

If you can email me khenglim89@gmail.com

Trans is on it's way out, take it to a trans shop, they may be able to salvage it without a rebuild if it's just something like the torque converter

I think that is exactly what I'm going through but I'm confused or just not willing to say the tranny is going after I babied the car. I dont feel it slip out of 4th thats why I'm saying this.

I've been looking for a swap. I like the H22 but really need to know how much I would need to put in and everything I need because I stay in Cali and want to get it BAR'd.
What swap do you guys suggest would be the easiest?
