i wish i had an answer for you..i have the same problem in my 2.2. one day the ac stopped working and the fan wont kick on...but the drivers side fan stayed on all the time...till that stopped working also...now they only work when the car reaches operating temp. ive checked all relays and fuses. they all work fine. fan control module works as well. AC diode is good. i had a shop tell me it was the climate control computer...which seems like a load of sh!t since everything else works fine and the self diagnosis on it turned up no trouble.

only advice i can give you is download the shop manual at hondahookup.com and follow the flowchart for diagnosis. i followed this and it came up with an "open in green wire between ac diode and fan relay". one would think the wire would become separated at the connection points instead of somewhere in the middle but i found no problem.
