My friend's 1999 CL's driver side door does not open. Exterior and interior door handles move freely. I'm able to turn the key in the car door keyhole. Keyfob locks and unlocks passenger side door. A swift shoulder nudge from the inside does not pop the door open.

Is it possible to remove the door panel with the door closed and without destroying the panel? Looking at the passenger side door, there's a plastic pin securing the door panel near the dash that is unaccessable when the door is closed.

Think a locksmith could slim jim the door so I can take the door panel off?

Any ideas / suggestions?
