Doors unlocking on their own

When I slide my passenger seat forward, my doors unlock. Are there wires under the seat that are shorting or something? I tried taking it to Acura but they refuse to touch it because I have an aftermarket alarm. Then, when I take it to the guys that installed my alarm, they tell me that Acura needs to handle it. Any ideas?

No 1st gen CL has power passenger seats, sounds like the brain for the alarm is under the seat and some wires are getting crushed or pulled somehow when the seat moves, I would check under the seat and see if you see any loose wires
