DTR warning lights up on dash cluster everytime i turn on the ignition. Once car is running i switch to high beams on then switch off high beams. The Daytime Running Light switch light on dash disappears what gives?

Is this problem that i need a new bulbs up front?

 

does anyone know how to install drls on an american model? sorry i dont have the answer to ur question though
