So I bought this Voltage stabalizer kit and the digital volt meter and the light stay on even when the car is off. Is it suppose to stay on??? The kit never came with instructions and the box was all in Japanese. haha...But when I installed it I just ran the + to + on the battery and the - to - on the battery. It does have 3 accessory grounds to ground out to the vehicle but I never wired that up yet. Plu even if the meter is suppose to stay on doesn't it put a draw on the battery when the car is off? If anyone has instructions on how they installed theirs or has any pics or info it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks....
