Where is this located on a 1999 Acura CL(5-Standard)? Changed out my starter but still have that sporadic no start, no click but interior lights. I bought the part #NS225 off of eBay for $22 so the gamble isn't as intense as a $160 starter.

 

**UPDATE**
I solved my problem...it was the communicator about the clutch pedal switch(looks like the same but just a tad bigger). Its located above the clutch pedal switch. Now my car starts instantly all the time.
