ok im having climate control problems. i Have a Canadian version, the temps go from 18 degrees celcius to 32 i believe. now i understand the AC on bit even when you want to heat. sometimes i crank it to 32 (max) irt doesn't blow ANY warm air, and then other times, it will blow hot air. im very confused to what the problem is, is this a common problem with Cls?

 

Turn the keyswitch ON, and then press both Auto and OFF. While the buttons are pressed, the climate control display will illuminate some of the items to reveal a code as follows:

A - (third fan level bar of 4 is missing) - In car Temp Sensor - Faulty sensor, open or short cirucuit.

B - (1st 3 fan speed bars only) - Outside air temp sensor - Faulty sensor, open or short

C - (2nd of of 4 fan speed bars is missing) - Sunlight sensor - Faulty sensor, open or short

D - (Arrow for air to feet is On) - Evaporator Temp Sensor - Faulty Sensor, open or short

E - (ON is illuminated) - Air mix control motor - Open or short circuit, obstructed door, faulty motor

F - (OFF illuminated) - Blower motor - Open or short circuit

See if any of these are on, particularly E.
