Chirping noise
You need to give us a little more information to go off of here before we can attempt to diagnose the source of this chirping sound.
What year is your car? Mileage?
When does this chirping occur? During Braking? When cruising? When accelerating? Continuously?
Let's point out the obvious first, if the chirping sound only occurs under braking then it's the wear indicator audibly warning you that the pads are wearing thin.
If the chirping sound occurs during acceleration, braking or cruising (i.e. whenever your wheels are in motion) then it could be attributed to many different issues.
It could be a bad wheel bearing or ball joint. Jack up your car and check for play in the wheel. Also, visibly inspect the wheel bearings and ball joints while you're at it. When the wheel bearings or ball joints go bad on a car, you will experience other symptoms besides a mere chirping sound. Here's a diagram illustrating the rear arm components:

**Rear Lower Arm diagram**
Additionally, I would inspect all of the bolts (such as the trailing arm bolts, etc) to ensure that they are all accounted for and properly torqued down.
Fill us in with more details and then we'll go from there man

its sounds like its the feeler on your brake pads, they chirp to let you know the pads need changed. If you don't change them the chirper will start to grind into the rotor and then the rotors will need to be changed when you change the pads
