Car won't start!!! Big Problem

Hey guys so I own a 98 Acura CL 3.0... Last week I'm driving home and outta no where my car just shuts down in the middle of highway and it just slowly decreased down I tried giving it gas and it wouldn't go at all, so I moved over to the side if the road.. When it shit down and the engine slowly reved down my dash and gauge lights started flashing along with my check engine light... Car wouldn't start and when I parked it and still won't start it's been a week now and it's at it's second body shop which my uncle owns and they say it could be the computer ECM, but idk....can anyone help???
