Car throwing IAT high input code- Where and how to fix?

Hey guys. More issues with the cl, its throwing an IAT high input code, so I'm assuming the circuit is open somewhere, I replaced the sensor itself but it still has the problem so does anyone know where the circuit/fuse is and how I would fix it? Also, the cruise control isn't working anymore, I think the guy who did the engine swap never reconnected it, where is it located?

Also wanted to let you guys know I'm in need of exhaust parts as well. Its rusted in alot of different areas, from where the cat meets the mid pipe is virtually fused together with rust, through the flex pipe and where the mid pipe meets the muffler flanges are both messed up as well. Essentially, I need everything from the cat (including cat/high-flo cat/test pipe, all the way back to the muffler.

If anyone has anything that won't sound terrible; stock, or aftermarket for cheap, I could really use the help. I've sunk about $2000 into this car so far and it still needs more crap and I need all the help I can get at this point. Located in hartford county, ct but am willing to drive to get this stuff, thx

o we do, located on the back on the intake mani, and my car is spuddering like a mofo when i put a little throttle on it. When i'm not touching the gas its fine, or when im really throttle its fine, but when I just hold down the throttle to stay at a specific speed, it spudders.

Not sure on the 2.2, but on the 2.3, the IAT sensor is connected by a 2-wire harness. That harness connects to the ECM/PCM on Connector C. The two wires on the ECM/PCM are 25 and 28 (referencing ASCII pic below). You need to ensure that there is not an open for these two wires between the ECM/PCM and the IAT sensor harness.

ECM/PCM Connector C (C31P)
