Yea my mom owns a 97 3.0 and she has it serviced and stuff regularly but we can be riding down the road and it'll simply cutt off. And start back up fine what could cause that?

 

hmm im seeing more and more of these threads lately, and im going thru it right now also, is there any CEL's popping up?

 

 

I'm going with ignition switch. Has the recall been done yet?

 

We havent had any recall work done on it except we had new holes put in the ports by Flow ACURA because the engine light kept coming on and we were told it was the egr valve and it ended up not being the egr valve at all. BUT besides that lol we had no idea that it had no idea there were any other recalls on it so thanx much. And by the way the check engine light to my knowledge isnt popping on! thanx again help highly appreciated
