Car Alarm Help

I searched the forum for about 1/2 hour and didn't find anything to this specific problem.

My keyfob keeps acting up. It'll reset itself to not chirp when locking/unlocking the car. So I'll reset it by holding lock and trunk until the red light flashes. This fixes the problem for a few hours, then it'll reset itself again to not chirp. The car will still lock/unlock and the lights will flash but I like the security of hearing the chirp. Also, sometimes, I have to push the trunk button numerous times and have it pointed at the drivers side front corner just to get it to open. I know you have to hold down the button for a few seconds to release the trunk but in the past I could be standing in another state and open the damn thing. What is going on? The battery is farely new but could it hav gone bad already?

Mine does this same thing. I installed a new battery and didn't fix it. I found out that if I stick some paper or foil or something behind the battery it helps to keep it from resetting, so it's definitely an issue with a connection. I'm thinking about just getting a new remote though.

Weii my alarm goes off, then the horn fuse will blow.I'll put another fuse in it the alarm will sound once, then the fuse will blow again.I've tried putting the key in the door locking and unlocking the door, but it keeps locking itself back.Sometime it'll lock itself back then unlock, and that goes on maybe 2 or 3 times. No matter what i do i can't disable the alarm with the key,i don't have a remote. So what should i do to keep from blowing the fuse, how can i disable the alarm ?
