both low beam headlamps out, quarts are OK
Acura CL 3.0 1997 both highbeam work fine,
is there a separate relay for low beam? If so, where is it located.

any other ideas?

I would check your fuses and bulbs before you start messing with relays

 

Power feed is same for both hi and lo beams, so fuse problem is unlikely.

Dimmer relay seems likely to be the problem, but it could be the dimmer switch on the column. Dimmer relay is in the underhood fuse box on other models.
