Bad OBD2

Bad OBD2
Went to advance auto part to have CEL diagnosed and was told port was bad because there scanner would not turn on. My girlfriend had her CR-V checked to see if it was the scanner and nope it worked fine. Is there a fuse for the OBD2 or does anyone have a wiring diagram for the OBD2
