auto tranny problem

auto tranny problem

every time i come to a complete stop for example a red light, then hit the gas my tranny seems to make a popping noise. anyone have this probelm before?

its one thud. just from when the car is at a stop to when i proceed to drive.

I would check mounts to start, then move on to ball joints etc.

Yeah it's probably a mount. It happened in my CL and they had to warranty a couple mounts.

Check all the mounts like everyone said, but also check the front sway bar bushings and see if they are worn.

Mine were worn on my accord and it did the same as what you are describing.
