AC Problem

I bought a $20 can of R134a air conditioner re-charge kit and it worked temporarily. Then I added a can of the same stuff but the "stop-leak" version and my A/C has been blowing cold ever since (did it last year, bought both at Walmart)
You can probably find them at an autoparts store or even hardware store. Here is an example of what I used:

The only down side for me is that for some reason my A/C compressor makes a whining noise when the A/C is on. The whining gets louder and louder as my RPM's increase. Also, it seems that my performance (acceleration) is drastically affected with my A/C on, and fuel consumption is negatively affected too.
