99 CL radio won't come on and is flashing the Anti theft light.
Friends CL.. About 6 months ago I replaced her factory Bose CD player with one off of Ebay. Got a friend who worked for Honda to get me the correct code.. everything worked great up until about a month ago.. now the CD player won't come on and the anti-theft light is flashing even when the alarm is turned off with the key fob.
I pulled the negative cable and left it unhooked for about 15 minutes hoping that it would reset everything. but the problem remains. Anyone ever had this problem.. i checked all fuses and everything related to the radio was fine. Could something with the anti-theft be out of wack to cause this????
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it would probably be easiest to just go to autozone and see if they can hook it up to a diagnostic computer. if not then the stealership would be the next thing.
