The needles for Temp, Tach, Speed, and Fuel do not glow or light up - all the guages do. I replaced all the bulbs (the 4 larger bulbs and the small #74 bulb). Still no needle glow although the 80mph background area is much brighter. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

 

The bulbs only work 1 way, try to flip them the other way. Otherwise, could be a wiring issue with the dimmer or the guage cluster

 

Thanks for the suggestions. Checked bulb package - used non-polarity bulbs (?) which mean they should work either way. But I took unit apart and noticed there were two small bulbs (74s) on top of unit - in addition to the 4 large bulbs and 1 small (74) on the back. Replaced both top bulbs and now guages and needles are lit up like new
